Returns and refunds

We want you to be happy with your order. If something is not right, please read the steps below.

Returns within 30 days

You can ask to return an item within 30 days of delivery, as long as it is unused, unwashed and in its original condition.

How to return an item

Please contact us first through our contact page with your order number. We will send you the return instructions and address. Please do not send anything back before we confirm, because parcels sent without confirmation may not reach us.

Return shipping

If you change your mind, you pay the cost of returning the item. If your item arrives faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you, and we will cover any return costs if we ask for the item back.

Refunds

Once we confirm your return or approve your claim, we refund the price of the item to your original payment method. Refunds usually take 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank. Shipping is free, so there are no shipping charges to refund.

Cancelling an order

We prepare orders in 1 to 3 days. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel orders that have not yet been dispatched.

Your legal rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights, including any right to cancel under the consumer law of your country (for example, 14 days in the United Kingdom).
