Shipping policy

We offer free shipping to the United States, the United Kingdom and Canada. We do not currently ship to other countries.

Processing time

Orders are prepared in 1 to 3 business days.

Estimated delivery

• United States: 7 to 15 days after dispatch (about 8 to 18 days in total)
• United Kingdom: 6 to 10 days after dispatch (about 7 to 13 days in total)
• Canada: 8 to 15 days after dispatch (about 9 to 18 days in total)

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carriers, customs and busy periods can cause delays.

Where orders ship from

Orders are shipped by our fulfilment partners, from warehouses that may be outside your country.

Tracking

We send tracking information by email when it becomes available.

Customs, duties and taxes

Depending on your country and the value of your order, import taxes or duties may apply. Where they apply, they are shown at checkout or charged by the carrier on delivery.

Delivery address

Please check your address carefully at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address that you provided.

Late or lost orders

If your order has not arrived 10 days after the latest estimated delivery date, please contact us through our contact page. We will investigate, and we will send a replacement or refund you if your order is lost.
