This website is operated by Mimo shop ("we", "us"). By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these terms.

1. Using the store

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to give accurate information when you order.

2. Products and descriptions

We try to describe and show our products as accurately as we can. Colors may look slightly different on your screen, and prints and fabric texture can vary a little between items. Product information on this site is not medical advice.

3. Safe use of baby products

Our products are for use with adult supervision. Please follow the care label and the safe use guidance on each product page. Always follow your pediatrician's advice on safe sleep, and do not leave loose blankets in a baby's sleep area.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time. If we find a pricing error, we may cancel the order and give you a full refund.

5. Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order that you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

6. Shipping and returns

Our shipping policy and refund policy form part of these terms.

7. Intellectual property

The content of this site, including text, images and the Mimo name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights, or any liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights that you have in the country where you live.
